Why People Love Harbour Dental Studio

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark Boules and the team at Harbour Dental Studio. To be completely honest, I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was absolutely petrified walking through the door. Dental anxiety is very real for me, but from the moment I arrived, the entire experience felt different. First, the office itself is stunning. The design is unlike any dental office I’ve ever been in and immediately puts you at ease. It feels more like a beautiful wellness space than a traditional dentist’s office. They even offer a comfort menu for anxious patients, which was such a thoughtful touch and helped me feel supported from the start. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. There was never a moment where I felt judged or embarrassed about how long it had been since my last visit. Dr. Mark was exceptional. He was thorough, patient, and remarkably generous with his time. He checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and to see how my anxiety was doing. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He was straightforward about the condition of my mouth, what needed attention, and what wasn’t necessary, which made me feel like I could truly trust his recommendations. If you’ve been avoiding the dentist because of fear or anxiety, I genuinely cannot recommend Harbour Dental Studio enough. This was the first dental experience where I felt safe, cared for, and respected.

Got a chance to visit Dr. Mark at Harbour Dental Studio in Old City, and I was blown away from the moment I walked in. The building is beautiful and reminiscent of an art gallery rather than a dental office. Felt super comfortable from the moment I walked in and actually enjoyed hanging out in the lobby while I waited before my appointment. Dr. Mark was my dentist a few years ago, and when I heard he was opening his new practice, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment right away. The location is easily accessible for me- as mentioned before, the office is in a beautiful building in the middle of Old City, and Dr. Mark is just the best. He is warm and caring, provided detailed feedback about imaging we reviewed together, and took his time during my cleaning and dental exam. He always checks in to make sure I feel at ease throughout and takes time to answer questions. It’s nice to be with a doctor that doesn’t rush you out the door, and whose recommendations I know I can trust. If you’re looking for not only a skilled dentist but someone who really cares about the patient’s experience and comfort, this is the dentist for you. Thanks, Dr. Mark. I’ll be back!

I had an incredible experience at Harbour Dental. It was probably the best dental experience I have had; see below why: 1. First impressions: you walk into a clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated space. You are greeted by an incredible staff who help you get set up for your visit. 2. State-of-the-art technology: When you get into the room, the assistant offers you options for different relaxing/comfort experiences such as neck pillows, eye mask, Spotify or Netflix, along with headphones. Yes, there is a screen on the ceiling to watch your show or news while you are lying down. In addition to X-rays, you get your teeth scanned by state-of-the-art dental scans. 3. Incredible dentist: Dr. Mark was fantastic! He came to the room immediately after the assistant was finished with taking X-rays. He took his time, explained everything, and was very thorough. #Nocavities 😀 4. Parking: Honestly, I was dreading the parking situation, but there was a street parking spot just a block away on Race St, and I saw two spots open up on the same block outside the office when I arrived. Highly recommend!!

The moment you stepped into this dental office, it wasn’t just an aesthetically pleasing and very clean space. But it was ALSO a place where the employees really cared about their patients. It was the way that Alexis, who worked at the front desk, welcomed you and took the time to make sure the insurance part was taken care of, and she did all she could to make sure you were understood and taken care of. It was the way that Melina, who did the scans and X-rays, thoroughly explained everything and was gentle with her care. And finally, it was the way Dr. Mark's professionalism and care were recognized instantly in the way he explained the scans/ X-rays and walked through the cleaning and results so thoroughly as well. Also, he put a lot of heart into this space he built. The equipment is super advanced, and it was comfortable, as it was almost a spa-like encounter, as they made sure their patients were comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Harbour. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is ultra-modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was explained. The dentist took the time to walk me through every step of the examination and treatment options, answering all of my questions and making sure I fully understood the process. There was never any pressure, just clear communication and genuine care. It's rare to find a practice that combines advanced technology, a beautiful and clean environment, and such a kind and attentive team. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

I was nervous picking out a new dentist, especially an office that was just opening and did not have any other reviews. I am so glad I found Dr. Boules and Harbour Dental. Alexis is so welcoming and kind, and Malina also makes you feel at ease. She is professional and caring with her work. Dr. Boules is kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients and their dental health. He takes his time to explain as much or as little information as you want to know about and is skilled with his work. I've had two appointments with them since they opened, and I have been so happy I found them as my dental providers!

For being his first patient, I was overwhelmed! The staff is excellent, very customer service-friendly, and very considerate of your time. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. And the dental assistant is top-flight! The receptionist is amazing! But Dr. Boules is so diligent, you forget that you’re in the dental chair! All around the Best! Job well done!

I had a great experience today at this dentist! The office is clean, the staff could not be more friendly and knowledgeable, and the “relaxation options” given at the beginning were the cherry on top. I watched Netflix the whole time and did not feel like I was at the dentist. Thank you for the great care!

I had such a great visit with Dr. Boules! He was very kind and took the time to explain what he was doing. Both the front desk and the dental assistant were very sweet as well. The space looks beautiful, and everything is so clean. I’m so glad I found this place!

My appointment was so pleasant I think it healed my childhood dentist trauma.
